is an intensive personal one to one programme that prepares the professional candidate to become the candidate of first choice by the employer.

* A phone/media based introduction session with candidate to discuss CV and personal social media impact, coupled with identification of programme needs under the suite of solutions available in the Professional Interface Programme.  

* We review the candidate CV  and advise of any changes to align with the interview process. 

* We agree with the client/candidate the suite of advisement solutions which will be conducted during the Professional Interface Programme.

* The Professional Interface Programme is conducted over the course of a full day with Futurepoint management consultants. We recommend that the training programme is held at least 10 days before interviews are conducted. Each candidate takes away an agreed action plan of identified improvement opportunities. We provide full mentoring to the candidate through the interview process and beyond on follow up actions.
